South Florida’s dining options continue to grow, ushering in a new wave of culinary cuisine. Now, celebrity-loved chef Anthony Vitolo is joining the ranks with this new namesake restaurant, Vitolo, opening in the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach hotel.

Bringing authentic Italian excellence and distinctive flavors to the Florida coastline, the renowned chef is claiming his spot among Miami’s culinary experts.

“We are thrilled to bring Vitolo and chef Anthony to South Florida to enhance the growing culinary scene,” said Rob Crosoli, hospitality visionary and Vitolo’s partner. “Vitolo will not just be another restaurant; it will boast three individual immersive dining experiences for all our guests. Known for his iconic Emilio’s Ballato restaurant in Manhattan, beloved by the likes of Taylor Swift, Blake Lively, Sophie Turner, Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Joe Jonas and former President Barack Obama, Vitolo will envelop its diners in a similar authentic Italian cuisine. Complete with time-honored recipes and culinary customs passed down through generations, the new spot offers an old-school Italian ambiance.

Drawing from family traditions and his cultural heritage, chef Vitolo’s menu features highlight dishes such as mozzarella en carrozza, made with breaded crispy mozzarella served with marinara sauce; linguine alla vongole, linguini with fresh top neck clams, olive oil and garlic; Vitello Antonio, a veal chop, thin Panko crusted with vodka sauce, sweet peas, crispy prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. And guests can’t go wrong with the selection of signature handcrafted pizzas made with freshly imported ingredients from chef Vitolo’s family farm in Sarno, Italy.

Crediting his family’s restaurant for his culinary success, chef Vitolo plans to bring his passion and traditions to the new location.

“I’ve designed the menu with signature beloved classics that evoke a blend of nostalgia and innovation in a single dining experience,” he notes. “Drawing from my family’s own farm in Sarno, we’re committed to bringing only the best and freshest ingredients to Vitolo, ensuring our guests savor the authentic flavors of Italy.”

Upon entering, guests are immersed in Vitolo’s cooking process with an open kitchen designed to showcase the culinary action. Taking the design one step further, guests are transported to South Florida’s golden art deco age at the supper club lounge, Sala Arco, just beyond the kitchen walls. Blending South Florida’s vibrancy with timeless traditions inspired by Sunday night dinners, guests can enjoy one of the many signature cocktails or an extensive wine list.

Whether dining on the outdoor Terrazza inspired by the coastal charm of the Amalfi coast, in the intimate private dining area, or inside by the open-style kitchen, diners will enjoy a savoring and heartwarming Italian culinary adventure.
