The Watermark at Coral Gables is helping redefine senior living in Miami and beyond. The luxury, almost 200-residence living community is excited to announce that units are officially available for leasing.
This opening is part of Watermark Retirement Communities’ Élan Collection, which is already operating in Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Napa Valley and Tucson. Additional cities joining the Miami rollout are West Palm Beach, Houston and Georgetown
The newest residents will mark history for the company, as the community's first Miami occupants. The Watermark is very unique in its offerings, with the ability for independent living, assisted living and memory care accommodations.
“We are devoted to creating a sophisticated member experience that offers the care and expertise of a luxury resort,” said David Freshwater, Chairman of Watermark Retirement Communities. “The Watermark at Coral Gables offers the best of South Florida living with premier amenities, invigorating wellness programs, and the right distance to Coral Gables’ thriving cultural and entertainment districts – sparking connection and exploration for every lifestyle.”
Keeping its residents at the forefront of the design process, the newest building has been built with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities throughout. The Vitality Fitness Center includes all you could want and more from exercise equipment to personal and group training. In addition to the fitness center, the in-house salon and spa help bring The Watermark to another level with treatments including manicures, pedicures and haircuts.
Dining has also been a big focus in the development of the residences. With five on-site dining options, residents will have a wide range of cuisine to choose from. The Mark, a Watermark signature restaurant features steaks, chops, fine wines and desserts. Taboon is a casual spot for residents to grab a bite, whose food explores Mediterranean styles. The W Lounge is a go-to location for cocktails alongside some homebody meals including burgers, soups, salads and sandwiches. Seasons is an all-day, breakfast-lunch-dinner spot and The Gallery Café is an in-house coffee shop. With every cuisine and dining option open for all residents, there is no need to ever leave the property for a good meal.
Living at The Watermark is the ultimate luxury. Units range from studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedroom apartments.
The community is so excited to officially welcome new members to its South Florida location.
