Nothing beats casual dining, especially when a burger is on the menu! With Miami’s fast-growing culinary scene, the city is so excited for the newest restaurant opening, Whitmans.

The famed New York burger joint is best known for its rendition of the Minneapolis classic, Juicy Lucy burger. This unique take on a hamburger includes two short rib patties, held together by a heaping amount of pimento cheese. Once the burger is complete, the cheese is the star of the show, oozing from the patty.

Whitmans version of the Juicy Lucy launched in 2010 and has become a cult favorite within the restaurant's three New York City locations.

Brining its deliciousness to Miami, Whitmans has opened its doors on West Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach.

Its prime location includes a 30 seating indoor dining room and 15 outdoor seats, making full use of the 1,500 square foot space. With a completely casual aura to it, Whitmans is the perfect place to stop by and grab a burger for dinner or even celebrate an exciting feat.

Whitman’s worked alongside New York-based design firm Dekar on the interior design of the restaurant, creating the restaurant's sleek signature decor.

The Juicy Lucy is most definitely a menu highlight, but other standout dishes include the East Villi Cheesesteak with chip steak on a hoagie roll, The Hound with an applewood smoked bacon-infused patty and Grilled Chicken Club with grilled chicken and Whitman’s special sauce. If sandwiches and burgers aren’t your thing, don’t worry, dining at Whitmans also means a wide array of salads and health-conscious side dishes.

This is a great addition to Miami’s culinary scene, and burger-lovers could not be more excited. The Miami Beach location is just the start for the Whitmans team, with the plan to expand to Wynwood in late 2022.
