Food holds a specific type of magic, and renowned celebrity chef José Andrés knows all too well the power food contains. On a mission to change the world through the power of food, Andrés is bringing his latest culinary initiative, Zaytinya, to Miami’s South Beach.

Nestled inside The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, the culinary creation marks Andrés’ return to Miami, featuring a celebration of Eastern Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
With a dining area that effortlessly encapsulates South Beach's energy, Zaytinya seamlessly invokes the spirit of the Eastern Mediterranean. Complete with a palette of warm bronze metals, white oak woods and pops of blue, the scene pays homage to the Mediterranean islands and pristine blue waters.

Here, guests can enjoy a menu featuring the best of Turkish, Greek and Lebanese cuisine. Reflecting on the regional diversity, the restaurant’s structure presents a small-plate dining style with menu highlights such as hommus, tzatziki and baba ghannouge. The menu also features classics such as octopus Santorini, chicken, lamb, seasonal vegetables and more, incorporating Mediterranean culture.
“Zaytinya is a celebration of the honest, delicious flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean that have inspired the world for centuries,” Andrés says.

The dining experience also features a carefully curated selection of beverage offerings, pairing perfectly with Zaytinya’s menu. With an extensive selection of unique Mediterranean wines chosen by expert sommeliers, guests can also opt for handcrafted authentic Mediterranean cocktails made with Greek gin and infused with lemon, lime and thyme.
Marking the Zaytinya brand’s third location, the new dining spot takes its guests on a culinary journey set to leave you wanting more.
